He is the Principal Consultant at ASK Education & Training Sdn Bhd and Senior Consultant at ITD World, a global leadership development organisation. With more than 30 years of corporate experience, he is widely recognised for his expertise in sales strategy, leadership development, customer relations, and industry-academia collaboration.
Ravinther began his career in Human Resources with Public Bank Group before moving into sales leadership with Panasonic Malaysia, where he managed a nationwide sales team. He later ventured into training and consultancy, focusing on sales training and customer relationship development. He has extensive practical experience in sales strategy implementation, human resources development, and channel sales management. Having mastered the Matsushita Management philosophy through overseas training and leadership responsibilities, he is highly regarded for delivering result-oriented sales and teamwork programs.
